4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Subscription Types

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing and plan details are available on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time with notice to existing subscribers.

Billing and Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • We will notify you of upcoming renewals and any price changes at least 30 days in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. You must provide payment information to start a trial, and you will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
